To ensure the sustainability of our range complex for generations to come, it is imperative to conduct mandatory range safety/usage classes for all members who intend to use the ranges, regardless of range experience.
No member will be permitted to use the range without completing this class.
As of March 8, 2021, the in person classes will resume at the Clubhouse. A schedule of dates and times can be found on the Upcoming Events tab. Due to ongoing restrictions, safeguards will be in place for the safety of the instructors as well as the students. Masks covering the nose and mouth will be required, temperatures will be checked upon entry, and social distancing will be practiced.
Upon completion of the class, each member will be given a range card and a copy of the range rules. Members will also be asked to sign a range waiver that states they understand the rules and will abide by them. This class is to be completed by every member who wishes to use the range complex and only needs to be completed one time.
If a member has completed the Range Safety Officer Course this course is not necessary. Those who have completed the course will, however, be required to attend a separate orientation specific to the new range and it's operating procedures.
Please register by contacting Bob Meihls at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 419.953.8257.
